I am getting the message "Your account has expired; please contact your system administrator" when attempting to log in CLI on either console or SSH with the collectorlogin username. Need assistance in recovery.
I was granted access and had my role elevated yesterday to "Customer Administrator" for the SNTC portal. However, when I try to log in, I am redirected to this page:https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo
I was able to reset all my passwords. Sequence:Log in as root from console, reset the root password at loginAs root on console, su admin, reset the admin password as promptedSSH as admin, used pwdreset collectorlogin 90 Thanks for the assistance.
