@ednopuente its windows 6ghz issuse, ensure AP is on PSC Channel and RNR on 2.4/5GHz radios so Windows clients can discover 6GHz SSID out of band... check GPO for Allow 6GhZ band..

@mowright since wpa2 are confirmed and no dACL.. its probe behavior .. did you check SSID has any preauth ACL or URL filtering?try temp connecting Androdi 16 without mac filtering to isolate that its ISE policy issuse.. 

@mowright i think first of alll most likly android 16 can drop TKIP/WPA1 support, go disable WPA1 and run WPA2-AWS after that verify ISE dACL permits connectivitycheck.gstatic.com (80/443 i think i wrote correct)
