Hi Nikolay ,It seems this is an issue , we have filed an defect for the same , CSCum09576 , We will fix this and let you know the updates
Cisco Network Assistant failing IOS upgrade on 2960s

It is an open issue on 2960s , where upgrade will fail because of memory issue . The work around is to upgrade these IOS through CLIs
