I have installed opendns earlier and it was always working straight forward. But this time i cant seem to get it to work even after researching here. This is what i did for troubleshooting :

Yeah, IPv6 was a prioritized here apparently. Maybe its the new router as Harrison stated.
@mattwilson9090 As mentioned above explicitly IPv6 needs to be disabled, nothing else is wrong.
Thanks , turning off IPv6 did it. Weird that this is not stated in the instructions neither was it necessary when i used opendns in the past.
Maybe IPv6 is not on always ?
