Cannot ping connect to Hostnames connected thru Meraki APs MR12

We have Meraki APs setup with Meraki Routers and switches. The Clients connected to APs cannot ping/connect hostnames but wired clients are able to. If the FQDN is used the machines are able to connect or ping using the hostname.
