Hi again, we just received additional FLSA1-BIN-2X10GE-P, and now everything is just great! So in case anyone will need this, you have to apply BOTH FLSA1-BIN-2X10GE-P && FLSA1-BIN-2X10GE-P licenses, it is not that "automatically" or "auto-magical...
