I think that my exact model is Cisco C9200L-24P-4G. From what I've read it should support inter-VLAN routing but correct me if I'm mistaken.

@Mark Elsen Hi, thank you, that tool was really useful. I completely forgot to set my Vlan as Wireless Management Interface, so that was one of the reasons. I fixed that but the AP still didn't join the WLC. I tried updating to newer version of IOS X...
