HTTP NONRESPONSIVE in ACS 5.2

after install ACS 5.2.... i tried http://direccionACS/acsadmin couldnt get ti...when i enter the show application status acs command, get:     management   running(http is nonresponsive)how could i fix it?????  i dont have access to the web interface
