Thank you. I stopped the current reservation and I chose "Catalyst 8000 Always-On Sandbox" instead which requires no VPN.If I have to reserve the other sandbox again I'll post here in case I face any problem.

What web portal you mean?I haven't connected anywhere else (yet). I reserved the sandbox, I got an email with URL and credentials and I am trying to connec to VPN (I haven't tried login to device yet as I haven't connected to VPN).
