1.首先查看CDR是否已经开启.2.登录CAR管理界面.3.关闭CDR load.4.登录到CUCM Serviceability管理界面,重启CAR Scheduler和CDR agent服务.5.返回CAR管理界面,开启CDR load.6.再次重启CAR Scheduler和CDR agent服务即可.
1.内网用户在第一次使用webex加入会议时,浏览器会提示需要下载插件,以火狐为例:2.点击Add Webex to Firefox,浏览器会弹出提示需要允许下载.3.由于内网用户无法登录互联网,所以浏览器就无法下载插件.4.这时需要找一台可以登录外网的电脑,在火狐的add-ons找到Cisco Webex Extension插件,并下载到本地.5.在浏览器的add-on 选项里手动添加这插件.6.只需要安装一次,以后内网用户就可以正常加入webex会议了.

当上传话机固件(.cop文件)到CUCM 11 TFTP server, 系统会提示安装失败.解决方案:1.下载带有K3后缀名的文件再上传到CUCM即可。2.如果需要上传旧版本话机固件(没有.K3的固件),下载话机.zip固件并上传到TFTP server 即可。
