Hi,I currently have a Cisco Catalyst 9300 24 UPOE with a C9300-NM-4G. We were having issues with connectivity and found out the SFP transceiver being used was not compatible. It was a Proline GLC-FE-100LX-RGD-PRO, any reason why this one did not work...

2 km is fine and will not need the longer distance. The Proline GLC-FE-100LX-RGD-PRO we had lying around for testing purposes.

Ok, I searched the part I need and I found a Proline Cisco GLC-FE-100LX-RGD. Does it strictly have to be just Cisco?

Hi Mark,Thanks, I went to the matrix and it says for ONS family of switches. Are these not for legacy switches. I did find a list of compatible transceivers. The part# mostly starts with GLC.Example: GLC-GE-100FX
