C2960 -port channel want come up after upgrade

HELLOI have a C2960L-24PS switch. The port-channel does not come up after the IOS upgrade.I also see this message in the logs: hulc_sfp_iic_intf_read_eeprom sfp _index 2 yeti_iic_read_retry fail
