We actually opened a TAC case on this because others in my group couldn't manage our pix also. TAC said we must download this exact Java version 1.42_07.It worked for my coworker. I have not tried it yet.Hope this helps...
I ran into this recently and found a workaround. Go into Explorer -> Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced --> then unselect "Use JRE ...." under the Java section.I'd like to know if you find a better option because this seems to affect other bro...
