im running the latest firmware on the CSC module. I usually dont have an issue with sites. If they do pop up as service unavilable a refresh will clear theissue due to high traffic and low bandwidth. We only have a Bonded T1 for VoIP and Internet. 1....
mine still does the same, and i found Cisco support to be lacking unless you pay assloads for service... When you already pay assloads for the equipment they should throw some support in with it.
