It has come to my attention that OpenDNS has recently labelled my domain a "security risk". I need to find out what prompted OpenDNS to make this determination and how do I get the domain(s) de-listed?
But they don't answer any questions about WHY the domain got it reputation! How can we fix a problem we don't know about?? Or correct you what you have something wrong???
They realize it - they just don't care. If they did, they would make it easier for us to get information (why is something listed?) and work to get erroneous listings resolved.
Have you found a way to report these FALSE POSITIVEs? I need to get our domains / hosts delisted from OpenDNS.(and these "reCAPTCHA" tests are RIDICULOUS!!!)
