ACS 5.8.1 to ISE 2.2 migration tool stuck, any hints ?

I am trying to migrate a voluminous 5.8.1 config to ISE 2.2. The tool starts OK but eventually gets stuck as per the below. Any hint appreciated.

I am trying to migrate a config from AC 5.8.1. to ISE 2.2. The migration tool starts exporting the ACS config OK, but then it hangs forever at "Predefined Reference Data", after counting to some 560 objects.What I am doing wrong here ?
