So, I got this working. The problem was due to me not properly combining the client cert and the client key into a a .pfk file. Worked like a charm after that.

Heh, yeah, I don't actually hate them. Quite like them actually. Just had a "frustrating" moment trying to deploy a Meraki network on a tight schedule overseas.Anyway, thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to have them turn it off as a test.
