What is the best way to track when this issue is resolved (i.e. when Microsoft fixes their update)? I would like to avoid having to update and remove the updating randomly until the item is resolved.

Update to this, this is still working, but I must run Wireshark every time I restart my computer.

So I found an interesting workaround, to increase the speed. If I use Wireshark to capture the network cards it seems to cause the VPN connection speed to increase, it may have something to do with how windows handles l2tp connections.Any thoughts?

My Wifi Card is AX1650 and my wired card is a Realtek USB adapter part of my dock.
