AP1242 unable to telnet or browse - shows amber-red-green continously

Hi,I had updated the AP to lightweight but half way due to power trip.Now when bootup, the led keep on shows amber-red-green continously.The AP grab a dhcp ip but unable to browse or telnet.Please advise.
