Did you end up figuring out a solution to this by chance, or is that backend change that they made still working for you? We're having the issue now pretty often when using our remote support tool.
Hi Alex, Just wondering if there is any update on this as we are having the same issue. Unable to shadow using SCCM Config Manager Remote Control as its being classified as peer to peer traffic. Thank you!
