Sounds like RMA is your best bet. A few posts up, GiacomoS acknowledged Meraki is aware and investigating. It does seem to be taking a long while to find a solution.
Same issue here, I'm running MX 18.211.4. Support suggested I factory reset, I did that on January 1 - the MX75 has crashed 3 times since factory reset. Event log shows Ethernet port carrier change. I'm upgrading to MX 18.211.5 tonight.Support off...
