I am running Cisco Unified Contact center Express version 7.0(1)SR05_Build504. I have many groups/teams set up. I have one Manager that complains that he wants the Chat feature removed from his group. This is just simply the Chat feature that is used by the CAD agent desktop. My users are using CAD version 6.6(1)(Enhanced Version) Build 22.214.171.1240 Is there any way?
