I wonder if Cisco is even reading this forum. Is there a way to send a formal bug report and maybe get this fixed?

I'm seeing the same issue with a Poly phone. When connected to the phone and making a call from Webex, it calls itself and never dials out from the phone. This started when I updated to 46.4.0.34620
