As far as I know, the Sx200 (as opposed to the 200e) doesn't support CLI, and as such doesn't have support for some of the functionality of the other models.

You don't need a support contract for these switches to get updated firmware. Please try a different browser; some CSS or other active code in the website may be giving your browser indigestion.

If I recall correctly, you get that error if you try to upgrade the firmware before upgrading the bootloader; make sure you've got the bootloader upgraded to current (the ones I manage are running 1.3.5.06).
