VPN Client disconnects other network objects

When we connect with the VPN Client the Novell and Windows Networking is not operational. When we disconnect the VPN everything works fine.
Deterministic Network Enhancer error loading VPN Client

I recieve an error loading VPN Client 4.8.01.0300. It times out while loading the Deterministic Network Enhancer.
