Is the machine connected to an IP Phone? Add the IP Phone Mac address to the certified device list.Also be sure the port is in the proper profile.Let me know if it works.Regards

Hemen,Are your clients connecting through an IP Phone??Is the phone's MAC Address listed in the filters list??If not try adding it in the filtered device and to ignore that mac address.Check if that solves the problem.
