The problem with ours was that the 8106 audio server and the meetingplace windows server were off in time by about 3 mins. We adjusted the time on the 8106 and it worked perfectly.
5.1.0.69We do not have either of those installed. Also, FN 62839 does not apply to us, we already saw that one.The strangest thing is in this last test we ran, 8 of the 10 installed fine. These are all on exact same, brand new, newly imaged machines....
We have this resolved now. The time between the audio server and the web server was off by a couple of minutes. Now our web recordings play back with sound perfectly.
