I have a Cisco 1841 and I am not able to launch the SDM. It was working previously but stopped after we were trying some configuration. How can I reset the router to factory defaults using Hardware/Console?
Thanks Mahammed. Can you please also tell me where I can get some documentation regarding the Setup of this router as an Authenticator. I could not get enough info in the manuals or in the net.
