If anyone else searches for this problem, and finds this: Copying a working profile (C:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile) to the effected PC will resolve the issue.At least, it worked for me.
I know it's been a long time, but I'm curious if you were able to uninstall the client. Namely so i know what to watch for to keep my users from uninstalling it.
