I had the exact same error, the NVE interface is related to the VTEP configuration on the physical interface. If you uncheck the VTEP source interface box under the interface configuration you will resolve the issue.

I too am having the same problem but this is a brand new WLC and AP out the box.WLC 21063502i APany suggestions on what i should do
