No idea. That would be a question for the product owners. I just do what they tell me to do. And now that I'm off VMO, I don't even do that.

VMO 8.5.4 is not support with Outlook 2010 64BIT. Outlook 2003, 2007, and 2010 32bit are the only supported versions of Outlook.
