I have deployed CSPC 2.8 in our environment which is collecting all data and uploading on Smart Net Total Care Portal successfully, but port is showing all data as a hosts and not sorting via device types.
I have followed following steps to upgrade CSPC.
1) Reboot CSPC.
2) Follow process for Apply-in-progress Hunged from troubleshooting guide.
3) Follow process for Apply Failed from from troubleshooting guide.
4) Manually upgrade JeOS.
