Thanks. I have found the hidden folder, copied it into the folder "Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client", right clicked the xml file so as to set permissions (after pressing "security") However the error remains the same, no progress.

Unfortunately this file Profile is missing in this folder. How does it look like? C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco
