Just had this happen in one of our environments, idk if it was a different cause but we got around it by browsing to http:// instead of https:// to get to and launch UCSM.

Yes sir, one VIC 1225 single twinax cable to the 2232 second port empty. I will reset defaults and see if that helps.

Understood, it's a lab environment so not a big deal on the high availability. I guess this question now becomes, why might the server not be being discovered? I see the port up on the fex, the vic is in slot one, all the server firmware is up to dat...

Hmmm I can ping\rdp\whatever from the 192.168.254.0/24 (firebox) side of the tunnel into the 192.168.240.0/24(ASA) side, but not the other way around.
