Hi all
When we run the user drilldown report it shows the time spent on each url as "null". Reports produced directly on the wsa do show the time, anyone know why this is?

We are just evaluating this product got it installed and can see data. The deployment instructions advise you can export data either in CSV or PDF, when we click on the export button the only option is PDF, anyone know how to enable CSV?

It is on the user drill down report (screen grab attached), A domain drilldown report will show how long the user has spent on a specific domain. But we need a report that will show how long each user has spent browsing on sites.
