is there any solution found for this issue.
i am facing the same issue due to cisco Prime that vty session is hung state and not able to clear it.
I have uploaded the IOS to local Disk through theis FTP server which was working fine.
may i try to backup the config to local Disk. and then copy from there?

yes, repository is Remote FTP server. but i do not see any logs.i am using FTP 3Cdaemon. i see only "listening for FTP request on ip address<>
