Yeah. the device is connected to LAN segment and many other Customers. since the device is already EOS & EOL. we have upgraded the box and this has fixed the issue.

hi All: since the device was already EOS & EOL.. The only thing we could possibly do was to upgrade the IOS code.. Considering this would still put the business at risk we have upgraded the box to Cisco 3850. thanks everyone for their inputs.
