When users using Historical Reporter on Windows 7 click on view, the print spooler hangs just prior to the report coming up. They can print from every other application on their computer but the Cisco Historical Reporter hangs the print spooler ever...
This actually doesn't help. they've been able to print in the past and some people still can. the problem is that as soon as the report pops up, it hangs the print server. They haven't even asked it to print anything yet.
