Cant Login to sandbox APIC (https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com/) Going through the excercises listed here It seems the credentials no longer work. Can anyone fix?

Is there any fix for this bug besides the workaround? What does the "cdp tlv app" command do/relate to and how does it function?
