So, out of curiousity, how would that have been set? I know for sure we didn't do it (but this is a legacy ASA). Are mainly concerned how this could have been set via ASDM unknowingly.

OK, so Cisco TAC helped me fix this. Apparently the tcpmss had been changed from default (how is anyone's guess). Setting it back to default (1380) fixed the problem. With it set to "0" it allows packets larger than 1500 bytes thus causing excessi...
