WLC Channel Auto setting vs. Channel Manual

Hi,Regarding the subject, anyone can enlighten me which one is better for setting the channel assignment of Lightweight on WLC?Does it better to use "Auto" or manually setting the channel/power on each individual AP.Thanks,
