Looks like dual ISP setup was the culprit. I ve increased the tolerance level on the primary route monitoring and we havent had any issues since. Many thanks for you help.

Turning on Dot11Radio1 didn't help and Dot11Radio0 went into reset mode again. Will try swapping APs to see if it's location specific.
