How do you enable/disable and/or start/stop individual subsystems in IPCC Premium 4.04? e.g. Database Subsystem? I can start/stop the CRM engine, but I don't see where the subsystems are configured. Thanks!Tim
I added an ODBC connection on my server and added a database connection in AppAdmin, but still do no get anything in the dropdown for Data Source on any DB related item in my scripts. Am I missing a step or do I need to open a TAC case? Thanks!
