Looking at the html source for the login screen, it needs a function called sha256 but there isn't one so the login fails.I can't believe nobody else has seen this.

The unit never recovers from a factory reset, it just sits there with thered led lit. I still have a useless unit.

Update - factory resets fail because you never loose the red lights and it doesn't hand out dhcp unless you power cycle it.
