Upgrade process is
Very steady you have to incremental upgrade including patches for both are and sensor .
If you don't have enough policy bank then you can do fresh installation which is best as per me .

Please suggest me here , I have FMC and SFR module and both show 5.4 . I am planning to upgrade them . I have downloaded 6.0 package . Uploaded and executed in FMC and it is not 6.0.0 . But still my module showing 5....
