Cisco IE3000 and ME3600 How to check optical power level source?

HelloI have optic network with IE3000 and ME3600 that connected with 35Km SM fiber optic cable + GLC-ZX-SM GBIC in each side.There is any way to check the power level source when the network is "running"?
