Im not able to display the shared screen in second monitor

When I connect my laptop to video cable to share a presentation, the system detects my PC connection. I the tablet I select share PC and I receive "No signal (PC)" message in the tablet.

Hi Patrick I'm working upgrading the firmware version with Cisco Support; but still the same issue. We will try with a new cabel. DVI(M) to VGA(M).
