Hi, I have attached a text file showing the info from the Java log file. I have had some experience with Wireshark. I will need to download it onto my machine. It might be tomorrow before I can get that done, will keep you updated!

Hi, My colleague can get connected with no problem. I am unable to see the Java security option in your response. I didn't notice a tick box for the Java Security during the install thanks Laura
