Many thx for this solution!Too bad that the Site-To-Site Wizard doesn't create those Rules automatically (I've been working with sophos gateways before which are way easier to configure) but now i can connect to the other side which helps me a lot!

Ok so doing a traceroute from the Cisco asa shows me, that the Traffic is going out on the 16Mbit Interface instead of going trough the tunnel...
vpn# traceroute 10.106...
I did the Packet Tracer with the other way around and it also worked but it seems that this works because of the Configuration which Marvin Rhoads told me.
