After upgrading Call Attendant to version 1.1(3) on Call Manager 3.3 we cannot transfer calls. We receive an error 'Failed to Transfer, Internal Error'. Any suggetions?
Does anyone know how to stop the Call Attendant window from popping up when receiving an incoming call? The attendant console is minimized at the bottom of the screen.
We have the corporate directory and IP Phone services set up on all of our phones. They showed up last week and now they are not showing up on any of our phones. Any ideas?
